Straight answers.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 7-day trial has full access and asks for no card. You only enter payment details when you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account pauses. You can still sign in, see the billing page and download all your data. Choose a plan and everything is back instantly, exactly as you left it. If you do nothing, the account and its data are deleted after 30 days, and we email you before that happens.
Can I import my own data?
Yes. Customers, items and stock can be imported from CSV files (Administration → Import), with a preview before anything is saved.
Is my data kept separate from other companies?
Yes. Every record belongs to one company, and the database itself refuses to show one company's rows to another, even if the application made a mistake. Uploaded files sit in private storage under your company's own folder and are only opened through short-lived links after a permission check. We take automated daily backups.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and you can download your data.
Does it work offline?
The field apps (driver, foreman, inspector and crew screens) work without signal and send what you captured when you are back online. Office screens need a connection.
Can I switch plans?
Any time, with one click. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated. Moving up simply switches more features on, with nothing to migrate. Moving down hides the features your new plan does not include but keeps everything you entered: for example, if you go from Starter to Light your inspections and crews are hidden, not deleted, and they are back the moment you upgrade again.
Which plan should I choose?
Light is for a small contractor who needs customers, quotes, inventory, deliveries, rental agreements and invoicing. Starter adds the full operations system: jobs and scaffolds on a map, dispatch, inspections, crews, equipment, engineering documents, reports. Complete adds the 3D scaffold designer. You can start on any of them after the free trial, and change later.
