Terms of Service

1. The service

ArkonOne ("we") provides web software for scaffolding companies. These Terms apply to the company that signs up and to its users ("you").

2. Free trial

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial with full access to everything. No payment card is required. The trial starts when you confirm your email address. Trial accounts are opened with fictional demo data, which you can clear at any time.

3. Plans, billing and renewal

After the trial you can choose a paid plan. Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices shown on the pricing page apply. You may change plans at any time; changes are prorated. A plan renews automatically each month until cancelled.

4. Cancelling

You may cancel at any time. After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded for a partial period unless required by law.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails we retry and email you. Your account stays fully open for 7 days after the first failed payment. After that the account is paused until payment is fixed.

6. Paused accounts and deletion

If your trial ends without a plan, or your subscription ends or lapses, your account is paused: you can sign in, view the billing page and download all your data, but cannot use the rest of the service. Your data is kept for 30 days from the pause. If you do not subscribe within those 30 days, your account, data and uploaded files are permanently deleted. We email you 7 days and 1 day before deletion. Subscribing at any time before deletion restores everything immediately.

7. Your data

You own your data. You can export all of it at any time (including while paused). We process it only to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

9. Safety and engineering outputs

Checklists, rule checks and the 3D designer assist your competent persons and engineers. They are not a substitute for professional engineering judgement, and you remain responsible for the safety and compliance of every scaffold you erect.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
